Changes for 2018

Starting January 2018, LCFSC will implement a new process for purchasing ice cards and signing in for sessions.

Ice cards will be sold online at the LCFSC store:

There are three options available for ice cards: 10 punch card, 20 punch card, and unlimited card. Punch cards are transferable among immediate family members and don’t expire until 60 days from purchase. Unlimited cards remain non-transferable and only apply to the month for which they were purchased.

Purchasing online will eliminate the need to fill out the receipt book at the rink. It also offers two methods of payment, by card for a fee or by check. If using the check option, complete the transaction online andĀ drop the checkĀ in the LCFSC office mail slot in an envelope. Include the invoice or order number with your check so it can be associated with your online purchase.

We will also be testing out the use of a fingerprint scanner for signing in and out of a session. During the first month, we will still have paper sign in sheets as well until the system is tested and functioning. Eventually, we hope that skaters will simply scan their finger on the way to and from the ice to eliminate the lobby sign in book altogether.
